Try checking your network settings in Windows for your DNS (if you still have Windows on your computer), and setting that DNS in settings. If you don’t have Windows installed, just try a different DNS anyway. I have mine set to “1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1” and it’s faster than my ISP’s stock DNS.
